Din Tai Fung... Food from heaven...I say! This restaurant only exists in two locations in the States: Washington (Bellevue) and Southern California (Arcadia). The rest are in Asia.
We've been to the one in Arcadia and now we had to go to the one in Bellevue since we were staying here... So we went.. Twice!
| In front of the restaurant are these large glass windows showcasing what they make. |

Looks so yummy!
Well you know we love this place! We have two within walking distance of our house, and a third is just a ferry ride over the river! It was a good introduction to dumplings, we've since found more local (read: quite a bit less expensive) places to go. The "vegetarian" green beans with minced pork (!) are my favorite veg in all of China, so far!
Heather, Yes I noticed your picture in one of your posts from DTF! Yes I agree that it's a bit on the pricey side in regards to dumplings but since you are literally in the dumpling CAPITAL of the world I'm sure you have more options to choose from! And the green beans with minced pork is one of my favs here too!
